Once a marketing campaign has been added in Intake Settings (NeosAI Platinum), your firm can associate campaigns with Intakes of a particular Case Type using a new Marketing Campaign Case field (from the Intake Layout Manager).

To link marketing campaigns to your firm's Intakes, first navigate to the Intake Layout Manager to add the Marketing Campaign field to the desired Case Type(s). This field is located under Sections in the Case Tab. Click the + to insert the field into a section within the Intake Layout design screen.

When entering Intake information, scroll to the Marketing Campaign field that was added in the Intake Layout Manager for that specific Case Type and select the appropriate marketing campaign from the dropdown.

This field data transfers when the Intake is made into a Case and can be found in the General Information section on the Case Tab.
