Standard dashboards (Admin, Neos Today, or Intakes Overview-Plat) can be reset back to their original tiles.
To reset a dashboard:
Select the dashboard tab you wish to reset from My Dashboards.
Click the gear icon on the top right.
On the Dashboard Settings window, click the Reset Dashboard button.
Confirm your intention by clicking the Reset button on the Reset Dashboard window.
If Reset is clicked for the:
Admin dashboard – All custom tiles will be removed and only show the Neos default tile(s), currently Activity Feed.
Neos Today dashboard – All custom tiles will be removed and only show the My Messages, My Checklist, and My Appointments widgets.
Intakes Overview – Plat dashboard – All custom tiles will be removed and only show Intake Checklist, Intakes by Stage, and Idle Leads widgets.
5. A confirmation banner will display when complete.
