This article describes the Dynamic Layout activity within a Case. Dynamic Layout Activity is included for all firms.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to General > Dynamic Layouts.
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of Dynamic Layouts added to a Case/Intake. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details of the action. Depending upon the Action Type and the fields that were updated, a pop-up with different options will display. Click the X to close the activity popup. [screenshot]
Click the View button to display a preview pane of the dynamic layout and fields. Field edits can be made accordingly.
Click the Edit button to access the full dynamic layout where additional entries can be added, new dynamic layouts can be inserted, or the existing dynamic layout can be deleted.
