Companion Groups with or without case members can only be deleted from the Companion Groups Directory.
NOTE: You must have Delete permissions to Directories > Companion Case Groups.
To delete a Companion Group:
Click the Settings icon on the left navigation pane.
Select the Companion Groups button within the Directory Editors group.
On the left groups pane, select the group you wish to delete.
Click the delete icon
in the row of that group.
If the selected group does not have any case members, the following message will display.
Click the Yes button to delete the selected group. The group will no longer display as an available Companion Group anywhere in Neos.
Click the No button to abort the delete process.
6. If the selected group has one or more case members and the delete icon
is clicked, the following message will display.
Click the Yes button to delete the selected group and remove the attached members. The group will no longer display as an available Companion Group anywhere in Neos.
Click the No button to abort the delete process.
