Documents Tab Side Pane

Select the row of a document entry to display a right-side pane of data that can be edited. The clicked row will now show as the selected row for easier viewing when the side pane is open. The Document side pane has been reorganized into tabs, allowing you to quickly navigate to the information that you want to see.

With Modify Documents Tab permissions, changes, such as renaming a Document can be made on this Document preview pane by clicking into a field, e.g., Name. Changes will automatically save when clicking into another field. They can also be made on the Document Detail View. Changes will be reflected in both Neos and SharePoint. The Case Documents Tab will refresh when changes have been made and the preview pane is closed.

NOTE: Changes to the Document Name, Type, or Category fields in Neos cannot be saved if the document is currently open in your browser or desktop.

When a document is single-clicked, the Document Side Pane will display. Regardless of your selected tab, the following options will always be available.
