Staff members in the Administrator Permission Group will see a new default "Admin" dashboard added at the end of their My Dashboards list. The default Admin dashboard provides Administrators with quick access to important system information and tools with standard tiles. These standard tiles cannot be removed; however, additional tiles can be added. The Admin dashboard can be reordered to fit your needs.

NOTE: Your Staff Code must be a member of the Administrator Permission Group to access the Admin Dashboard.

To access the Admin dashboard, click the My Dashboards icon

, which is always the left-most tab.

Select the Admin tab. The "Activity Feed" is the standard tile. Standard tiles added by Neos cannot be deleted. Standard tiles can be resized by clicking the Edit button. Refer to My Dashboards for more information.

NOTE: Additional standard tiles will be added at a later date.

Filters set in the Activity Feed tile will remain for the Staff, even after logging out. [screenshot]

To add additional tiles to the Admin dashboard, refer to Custom Dashboard Tiles. Custom dashboard tiles can be removed as needed from the Admin dashboard.

NOTE: Custom dashboard tiles that have been added are only present for the logged-in user, not all staff within the Administrator group.

The Admin dashboard can be reset back to the Neos default at any time by clicking Settings (gear icon) > Reset Dashboard. Any custom tiles that were added will be removed, keeping only the default tile (currently Activity Feed).
