QuickBooks SDK is a desktop accounting software designed to help businesses manage their financial transactions, track expenses, and generate financial reports. The QuickBooks SDK accounting integration with Neos is a bidirectional link between Neos and your firm's QuickBooks desktop software.
When using this integration, you can request checks and enter deposits in Neos that will sync to QuickBooks SDK. In addition, you can enter and pay bills and record deposits in QuickBooks that will sync to your linked Neos Case. Your firm's expense accounts should already be configured in QuickBooks.
The Neos QuickBooks Integrator creates the link between QuickBooks and Neos. Names (Providers and Parties), check requests, and deposit requests from Neos are synced via the integrator to QuickBooks. Paid bills and recorded deposits from QuickBooks are synced via the integrator to Neos.
The Payee is the Value Provider in Neos and becomes a Vendor in QuickBooks.
The Party in Neos becomes a Customer in QuickBooks.
If your firm chooses to turn on Two-Factor Authentication, EACH user must install the latest QuickBooks Integrator before enabling 2FA in Neos.
NOTE: You must have the latest integrator version installed to continue using the Neos QuickBooks Integrator.

Installing the Neos QuickBooks Integrator
NOTE: You must uninstall the prior version of the Neos QuickBooks Integrator before installing the newest version. Requested Checks, Deposits, and linked Names will remain stored in Neos. The QuickBooks Integrator simply displays this information from Neos, keeping your firm's data intact when switching to newer Integrator versions.
Download the Integrator by clicking the following link:
Extract the file in the QBIntegratorSetup.msi zip file. Double-click on the QBIntegratorSetup.msi and follow the prompts in the InstallShield Wizard. If an Open File – Security Warning window displays, click the Run or Run anyway button to proceed.
Click the Next button to continue the installation process.
Select the Installation Folder. The Neos Integrator defaults to your C drive. Click the Browse button to save in a different location. If others sign in to your computer, choose the Everyone option so the Neos Integrator can be installed for all users.
Click the Next button to confirm and start the installation.
When the installation is complete, click the Close button.
After the QB Integrator has been installed, refer to Connecting the QuickBooks Integrator for enabling the integration between QuickBooks and Neos, login procedures (including Two Factor Authentication and Sign in with Microsoft), and integrator settings.
