Accessing the Checklist Summary

The Neos Checklist Summary provides a list of open and completed checklist items for all cases. Criteria in the Checklist Summary can be used to filter checklist items assigned to staff, due dates, status, case type, and code.

NOTE: Checklist items in Dormant Cases will still display in the Checklist Summary, however, items in Closed Cases will not display.

To access the Checklist Summary:

  1. Select Open Checklist Summary

    from the left navigation pane.

  2. A grid will display the upcoming checklist items assigned to the signed-in staff. These may also be accessed from My Dashboards.

Similar to the Case Checklist, each item is displayed in the designated color, as specified in the Primary or Auxiliary Checklist. Some checklist item content can be modified directly in the Checklist Summary, whereas other fields can only be changed in the Primary or Auxiliary Checklist.
