Your Neos Today Dashboard contains a My Messages widget. My Messages displays internal messages for the signed-in Staff. Quickly view all new and read messages directly in the home dashboard.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to Messages > My Messages to display your staff messages in the My Messages widget on Neos Today.
Messages can be filtered by All and Unread messages using the toggle in the upper right corner. The number of pages with the total number of messages will display below the grid. Click the See all button to open the Messages tab, showing messages assigned to the logged-in Staff.
The updated Messages grid allows columns to be added or removed from any column using the kebab menu. Choose to autofit a single column or all columns and sort messages ascending or descending by that column. Refer to My Dashboards for more details on customizing widgets.
Select a message to view a detailed side pane of that item. Use the side pane to quickly Reply, Reply to All, Forward, Post to Notes, open, or delete the message. Click

to view the Message Details as a new tab in Neos. When a message is opened, it will be marked as "read". When a message is deleted from your Neos Today Dashboard, the My Messages Widget will refresh when the message is removed. Click the Send Text icon
to send a text message to the listed phone number. Click the listed phone number to call using your softphone.
