Connect Zapier to Neos

This section covers how to connect your Zapier account to Neos when creating or modifying Zaps.

If you haven't connected your Neos account to Zapier or your authorization token has expired, you will be asked to enter your authentication token from the Zapier integration tab in Neos.

NOTE: Your firm must have NeosAI Platinum to utilize Zapier. You must have at least Enabled permissions to General > Interfaces to access the Zapier integration and be signed in to your Zapier account.

If the following occurs when configuring your action:

  1. Click Reconnect this account.

  2. Copy your Zapier authentication token from Neos, shown below. A new window will display, prompting you to enter your authorization token from Neos.

  3. The token can be found on the Connect tab of the Zapier integration in Neos. Click the Copy button and paste it into the Authorization field.

NOTE: Check that the token is still valid. If it has expired, click the Refresh button to generate a new token.

  4. Click Yes, Continue to Neos.

NOTE: You may need to check your site settings on the Zapier window by clicking the View site information icon in the window URL. Under Permissions, scroll to the Pop-ups and redirects section and make sure it shows "Allow". If settings have been changed, click Reload to update your settings. You will be prompted to paste your authorization code again. [screenshot]

  5. Once authorized, click Continue to proceed with your Zap.
