Default information is configured in the Firm Preferences. Firm Preferences are global settings used to customize Neos. These settings may require some technical knowledge about your firm's setup.
The Firm Preferences directory contains global settings for Firm Address, Default Info, Documents (SharePoint Libraries), Settlement Memo, Time and Billing, Security, and Communications.
NOTE: You must have proper permissions to access the Firm Preferences.
To access the Firm Preferences, select the Settings button (gear icon), from the left navigation pane and click the Firm Preferences button in the Directory Editors section.
As changes are made, the Save and Discard buttons will be displayed at the top of each tab within Firm Preferences. A warning message will display when you attempt to navigate to another tab and changes have not been saved.
Click the Yes button to discard all changes and navigate to the selected tab.
Click the No button to return to the current tab with your changes.
