Create Case From Business Card

With NeosAI, users can extract essential information from a business card to automatically create a Case. Only file formats of DOCX, JPEG/JPG, PNG, and PDF can be used to extract Business Card data. Once the Case is saved, the uploaded business card will be added to the Documents tab, and a record of both the AI-created Case and document will be included in the Activity Feed.

NOTE: You must have Add permissions to Case > Case Tab and Enabled Special Permissions to NeosAI.
