This article describes the Intake activity of fields on the Party Tab.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes (to view Intakes) and Case > Party Tab (to access Party Tab activity). You must have Modify permissions to My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes (to change Intakes).
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of Party fields linked to an Intake. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details of the action.
Click the View button to open a preview pane of the Party record.
Click the Intake card to open the Intake tab where edits can be made (with Modify permissions to My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes).
Click the open icon
or the Edit button on the Activity Feed to display the Intake Tab of the current Intake.
Click
to close the preview pane.
