This article describes the Police Tab activity within a Case.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions for the Case > Police Tab to filter and view activities. To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of all changes to Police Tab items. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details of the action. Depending upon the Action Type and the fields that were updated, a pop-up with different options will display.
Click the View button to display a preview pane of the Police item. Click the X to close the preview pane.
Click the Edit button to display the detail view of the Police item. The detail view will also display when the arrow icon on the preview pane is clicked.
