Manage Case Document Tags

Tags are used to further classify a document using the global Tags Mini Directory. However, staff can now manage tags for specific cases/intakes to avoid duplicates and add or remove tags, as needed.

Manage Tags

To manage the list of Tags for a Case:

1. Navigate to the Documents Tab list view.

2. Select the three dots button above the grid and choose the Manage Case Tags option.

3. On the Manage Case Tags window, a list of the current tags associated with documents in the active case will be displayed. By default, Tags will be sorted by the date of creation, newest at the top. The Name column heading can be selected to sort the list alphabetically (ascending or descending). Use the Search field to locate a specific tag.
