Insurance items can be accessed from a report in the Report Library or using an Advanced Search query. Refer to the Right-Click Menu to export Insurance items within the current view of the Insurance Tab.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permission to Reports and Insurance to utilize reports on the Insurance tab.
To access Insurance Tab reports in the Report Library:
Click the Reports icon
in the left navigation pane.
Click the Insurance tab in the left pane of the Reports tab. You can also search for this report from the All tab by using the Name filter row.
Select the desired report to display the Report Details tab (e.g., Insurance History by Adjuster).
Report-specific criteria will display, allowing the report to be filtered as needed.
