The Quick Fill Mini Directory stores user-defined text that can be used to quickly fill in details without having to manually type. Quick Fill items are used when sending an SMS message.
NOTE: You must have Enabled, Add, Modify, and/or Delete permissions to Directories > Mini Directories as needed.
To add a new Quick Fill title, click the + Add button. A blank entry will display in the first row of the grid. Double-click the Title field of the new entry to enter edit mode. Title is a required and unique field. Up to 50 characters can be entered in the Title field and up to 500 in the Description field. New Quick Fill titles are Active by default.
To delete a Quick Fill title, click the delete icon to the far right of the entry.
Click the Yes button to delete the item if it is not in use. If it is being used, the item will be marked inactive.
Click the No button to abort the deletion.
Click the Save button to keep your changes.
