The article contains all the available fields for mapping your CSV file when importing intakes. The mapping file must be saved as a Comma delimited (.csv) file to access it from the Browse window. Required fields are noted with an asterisk in Neos.
To import intakes, these required fields must be met: Case Type, Primary Staff, Last Name (Party-1).
NOTE: Each field can only be mapped once in the Map and Validate section.
If the Case Type field in step 2 of Importing Intakes has "Neos Default" selected, you will only see standard fields for Intake, Party-1, and Case.
When the Case Type field is selected, you will also see additional sections for tabs/user-defined fields that are included in the Intake Layout Manager for that Case Type (e.g., Parties-2, User Tab 4-1, etc.).
