The Insurance Tab of the Case Folder contains information about the insurers associated with the Case.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to Case > Insurance Tab.
To access the Insurance Tab:
Open the Case Folder of the desired Case.
Click the Insurance tab from the list of Case Folder tabs.
List View
When insurance items exist, the list view is displayed. The list view contains a grid showing Insurance Type, Insurer, Adjuster, Party, and Role columns by default. Click the Columns button to the right of any column heading.
NOTE: Your saved column state will reset once on the first load of the Insurance Tab after Release 26.17.
Select an insurance item to display a preview window. Double-click an insurance item to bypass the preview and open the detail view.
Detail View
The insurance detail view contains the fields of an insurance item, such as the contact information of the insurer, policy information, claim information, comments, and any user-defined fields.
