During communication with support, your Neos representative may direct you to install an instance of TeamViewer to easily walk through the product. This article describes the process for downloading and connecting to TeamViewer using a Windows device.
From Neos, click the Help icon on the left navigation pane.
You will be directed to the Self-Serve Portal.
Scroll down and select the TeamViewer icon. Alternatively, you may click here.
A new tab will open in your browser. You may need to accept the Cookies Consent screen. TeamViewer should immediately download to your device.
If the exe file doesn't show at the top of your browser, click the Try again link to initiate the download.
Click the downloaded exe file. Review the TeamViewer EULA (End-User License Agreement) and DPA (Data Processing Agreement), then select the check box for I accept the EULA and the DPA on the TeamViewer License Agreement window. Click the Continue button.
Once complete, the Assembly QuickSupport window will display. Provide the 9- or 10-digit ID to your Assembly Support agent so they can securely remote into your device.
When finished, click the X or Cancel to close the window.
To return to TeamViewer QuickSupport, open your Downloads folder and double-click TeamViewerQS.
NOTE: You do not need to download TeamViewer again, as your previous settings will be applied.
