Advanced Analytics is a new paid feature in Neos that allows for advanced reporting capabilities like never before! Visualize firm, group, and individual performance to help boost productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Advanced Analytics allows for reporting on multiple data objects like cases, values, and insurance records all in one visualization, including the ability for averaging, thresholds, and other advanced calculations. This immense value allows your firm to forecast revenue, analyze historical trends, and perform advanced calculations to inform data-driven business decisions.

For example, Advanced Analytics could allow your firm to report on the time it takes MVA cases to move from date opened to settlement and use this information to forecast your current caseload. The ability to have this amount of data available at any time is what makes Advanced Analytics so powerful. Using Advanced Analytics, your firm can make data-driven business decisions based on historical data, not just the current state of static data.

Once Advanced Analytics has been enabled for your firm, a new "Advanced Analytics" type of dashboard can be created in My Dashboards and permission can be granted at the staff level. Refer to Create Advanced Analytics Dashboards & Tiles to start generating your firm's data!
