Name Details Permissions

The Name Details entity controls access to Addresses, Phones, Online Accounts, and Emails on a Provider or Party tab. These permissions are typically assigned in conjunction with a user's permissions for Party and Provider.

To set all areas of Name Details, select the Explicit Allow or Explicit Deny buttons for each level below the Permission Key.

Name Details > Addresses

This permission controls access to the Addresses section of a name in Neos.

  • Enabled?: View Addresses.

  • Can add?: Create new Addresses.

  • Can modify?: Change existing Addresses.

  • Can delete?: Delete Addresses.

    Name Details > Online Accounts

    This permission controls access to the Online Accounts section of a name in Neos.

  • Enabled?: View Online Accounts.

  • Can add?: Create new Online Accounts.

  • Can modify?: Change existing Online Accounts.

  • Can delete?: Delete Online Accounts.

    Name Details > Phones

    This permission controls access to the Phones section of a name in Neos.

  • Enabled?: View Phone numbers.

  • Can add?: Create new Phone numbers.

  • Can modify?: Change existing Phone numbers.

  • Can delete?: Delete Phone numbers.

    Name Details > Social Security #

    This permission controls access to the Social Security # field for a name in Neos.

  • Enabled?: View the full Social Security number when clicking into the SSN field.

  • Can add?: Insert a Social Security number into an empty SSN field.

  • Can modify?: Change data that exists in the SSN field.

    Name Details > Email Accounts

    This permission controls access to the Email section for a name in Neos.

  • Enabled?: View Email accounts.

  • Can add?: Create new Email accounts.

  • Can modify?: Change existing Email accounts.

  • Can delete?: Delete Email accounts.
