Note Topics Mini Directory

The Note Topics Mini Directory stores user-defined note topics to categorize and search for notes Case/Intake Notes, Value Notes, and Provider Notes. Topics should be specific but not too detailed. It is a good idea to avoid creating "Miscellaneous" or "Other" topics. Note Topics are also used when tagging emails using the Neos Outlook Add-in.

NOTE: You must have Enabled, Add, Modify, and/or Delete permissions to Directories > Mini Directories as needed.

Note Topics Consolidation

The Case Note Topics, Provider Note Topics, and Value Note Topics Mini Directories have been consolidated into a single "Note Topics" Mini Directory. All unique entries that previously existed in these Mini Directories are now included in the Note Topics Mini Directory. When selecting a note topic for a Value, Provider, or Case, all active options will be available.

Standard Note Topics

Some Note Topics are standard in Neos and cannot be modified or deleted. These standard topics will display the Topic title in light gray text, the checkboxes will be gray, and a delete icon will not be present.
